Partnerships & Development Director

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow ASTMH's individual giving efforts, including Giving Tuesday campaigns, planned giving programs, and donor cultivation
  • Manage and grow Annual Meeting revenue streams through conference sponsors, exhibitors, advertising packages, and side meeting coordination
  • Serve as co-lead on developing new educational, grant, and fellowship proposals, collaborating with scientific and program staff
  • Lead revenue development related to ASTMH and AJTMH advertising, including outreach to advertisers and developing new advertising products

  • Demonstrated success securing gifts, sponsorships, grants, or advertising revenue
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills with ability to translate scientific content for donor audiences
  • Proficiency with donor databases/CRMs (e.g., Impexium, Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, EveryAction)
