Partnerships Associate

Core responsibilities:

• Support and expand GWWC's global network of partner organisations promoting giving pledges
• Serve as key point of contact for ~40 partners, building trusted relationships with their teams
• Act as a consultant to partners, designing tailored strategies to increase pledge sign-ups
• Provide hands-on support with communications, landing pages, and key touchpoints
• Identify and onboard new partners aligned with GWWC's mission

This role creates positive change by expanding the network of organizations promoting effective giving pledges, increasing the number of people committing to donate significant portions of their income to highly effective charities.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience in partnership development or relationship management
• Strong communication and consulting skills
• Ability to design and implement strategies to increase engagement
• Experience with communications and digital touchpoints
