Partnership

• Establish and manage the organization's administration, programs, and projects.
• Secure funding, build partnerships, and network with international organizations.
• Implement the Swift Recreation Center including practical skilling center, projects, community programs, and sports center.

This role will empower disadvantaged communities in Uganda by discovering and developing sports talent, providing practical skills, and creating income-generating resources, thereby fighting poverty and building a foundation for the future.

• Mature, independent, professional, passionate, and experienced in CBO establishment.
• Proven ability to secure funds, network, and build partnerships with international organizations.
• Right attitude towards grassroots CBOs, especially in Africa.
• Willing to start with a short-term agreement to demonstrate transparency, legality, passion, and implementation potential.

Compensation and perks are not specified. The role offers the opportunity to become an executive member (patron or godfather/mother) and to shape the organization's growth.

Swift Sports Organisation is a community-based organization in Uganda fighting poverty through sports, focusing on disadvantaged single mothers, orphans, youth, and girls who dropped out of school. It aims to discover, develop, and promote sports talent (netball, football, rugby) as income-generating resources.
