Partnership Officer (Government Engagement & Development Finance Advisor) NOD

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with government entities and development finance institutions to mobilize resources for WFP's operations.
• Advise on development finance strategies, including innovative financing mechanisms, to support food security and nutrition programs.
• Represent WFP in high-level policy dialogues and negotiations with government officials and financial partners.

This role directly contributes to ending hunger and improving nutrition by securing critical funding and policy support from governments and development finance partners, enabling WFP to reach vulnerable populations worldwide.

• Advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in international development, economics, public policy, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in partnership management, government relations, or development finance.
• Proven track record of securing funding and building strategic alliances with governments and financial institutions.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
