Partnership Manager

• Develop, manage, and expand strategic partnerships to accelerate growth and market adoption of Xylem Vue solutions.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with technology and channel partners, ensuring they achieve established targets.
• Identify and secure new partnership opportunities aligned with the company's digital water strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align partnership strategies and deliver product demonstrations.

This role directly contributes to solving global water challenges by scaling digital water solutions that improve water usage, conservation, and re-use, ultimately supporting sustainable water management worldwide.

• 5+ years of experience in water/wastewater technology, engineering, business development, or related field.
• Strong technical understanding of water infrastructure and digital water technologies.
• Demonstrated success in managing external partnerships and strategic relationships.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable delivering software demonstrations.
