Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and execute the partner channel strategy for assigned verticals (e.g., benefits providers, financial services, banks).
- Source, recruit, and onboard new partners to build long-term, commercially valuable relationships.
- Enable and grow existing partnerships through strategic relationship management, joint go-to-market initiatives, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Business Development) to design propositions and enablement materials that support partner success.

- Strong commercial mindset with ability to identify and negotiate high-value opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Experience using partner engagement tools (CRM, partner portals, co-marketing campaigns) and pipeline management.
