Partner Success Manager - Romania

Core responsibilities:

• Visit installers and create strong brand advocacy for Sungrow
• Build lasting relationships with distributor sales teams and installers to drive growth and customer satisfaction
• Assist distribution partners during customer visits and sales opportunities, identify new sales prospects and follow up on leads
• Execute training programs for installers and distributors to showcase Sungrow solutions and value proposition
• Participate in creating and integrating sales and marketing plans for new initiatives, co-create value propositions based on customer insights
• Act as the voice of the customer, resolve challenges, and ensure smooth issue resolution

This role supports the growth of renewable energy solutions by ensuring partners and customers are well-informed about Sungrow's portfolio, driving adoption of clean technology that contributes to environmental sustainability.

Required skills, experience, qualifications:

• Completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or comparable field OR higher education qualification/business-related studies with technical component
• ~2 years in the renewable energy industry
• Proactive, self-starter mentality with strong communication and commercial skills
• Native Romanian and English (at least B2 level), willingness to travel regularly (2–3 days/week)
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills; CRM knowledge is a plus
