Partner Success Manager - Bulgaria

Core responsibilities:

• Visit installers and create strong brand advocacy for Sungrow
• Build lasting relationships with distributor sales teams and installers to drive growth and customer satisfaction
• Assist distribution partners during customer visits and sales opportunities, and identify new sales prospects
• Execute training programs for installers and distributors to showcase Sungrow solutions and value proposition
• Participate in creating and integrating sales and marketing plans for new initiatives, and co-create value propositions based on customer insights
• Act as the voice of the customer, resolve challenges, and ensure smooth issue resolution

This role supports the renewable energy industry by promoting clean-tech solutions like PV inverters and storage systems, contributing to the transition to sustainable energy sources.

Required skills, experience, qualifications:

• Completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or comparable field, OR higher education qualification/business-related studies with a technical component
• ~2 years in the renewable energy industry
• Proactive, self-starter mentality with strong communication and commercial skills
• Native Bulgarian and English (at least B2 level), willingness to travel regularly (2–3 days/week)
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills; CRM knowledge is a plus
