Partner Solutions Manager

• Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of distributed energy resource (DER) partners.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure partners meet business and technical objectives.
• Identify, onboard, and negotiate contracts with new DER partners.
• Research market opportunities and support sales with pre-sales consultation.

This role helps build and manage the partner ecosystem for distributed energy resources, enabling utilities to create virtual power plants that integrate renewable energy and reduce carbon emissions, directly contributing to climate change mitigation.

• Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of work experience in project management, consulting, or partnerships.
• Strong relationship building, project management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience negotiating contracts and solving complex problems across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
