Partner Services Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Build, nurture, and manage long-term partner relationships as the primary point of contact
• Ensure high-quality, values-aligned service delivery and partner satisfaction
• Coordinate support across internal and external teams (People Operations, Finance, IT, Partnerships)
• Work with partners to co-create solutions, understand needs, and strengthen their impact capabilities

This role helps strengthen partners' ability to create impact, particularly for BIPOC and historically low-income communities, by providing high-quality support and co-creating solutions that enhance their effectiveness.

Required skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or related field, OR equivalent operations work experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant position (mix of for-profit and non-profit preferred)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace required; experience with Salesforce, Bill.com, Xero, Ramp, Zendesk, Interact preferred
