What you will drive
- Serve as the orchestrator across Workiva teams and partner organisations, aligning commercial, delivery, and capability agendas
- Drive partner capability, scale, and delivery quality to support pipeline progression and revenue growth
- Own the strategic direction and maturity roadmap for each partner, guiding them towards self-sufficient delivery
- Apply innovative approaches to developing future-ready partner practices, delivery models, and solution capabilities

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Experience working with partners within a SaaS environment
- Experience in financial and regulatory compliance
- Experience working within or managing Global Systems Integrators
- Proven partner account management experience, influencing at all levels to define capability needs and strategic alignment
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills, with experience reporting against strategic outcomes
