Mission
What you will drive
- Own contractor engagement – Build deep relationships with contractors, understanding their needs, and helping them navigate the complexities of rebate programs.
- Train and enable – Educate contractors on program requirements, best practices, and Sealed’s software through group presentations, one-on-one training, and hands-on guidance.
- Monitor and manage performance – Track contractor success metrics, ensuring they are meeting program requirements and staying compliant.
- Problem-solve creatively – Tackle bottlenecks, compliance issues, and contractor pain points with structured yet flexible solutions.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 1-3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or program operations.
- Experience working with construction professionals, contractors, or home services businesses (ideally in HVAC, weatherization, electrical or plumbing).
- Have experience training others, both one-on-one and in large group settings.
- Have experience working toward quotas and targets, with a focus on results.
