Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Support accurate financial reporting and month-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and GAAP-compliant financial statements
  • Help strengthen financial processes, support budgeting and audits, and ensure clarity and integrity in financial data
  • Assist with annual budget planning, financial forecasts, and explanations for budget-to-actual and forecast variances
  • Maintain and update documented accounting policies and procedures, recommending improvements for transparency and efficiency

Required qualifications:

  • 7+ years of related accounting experience (nonprofit financial and net asset accounting preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Garber & Associates (SGA) and Salesforce a plus
  • Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and customer service skills
