PART-TIME PROGRAM ASSOCIATE (MHE)

Core responsibilities:

• Support students in need of affordable mental health wellness courses via phone, email, and live chat support
• Coordinate certificate processing and shipping
• Troubleshoot technical issues and account inquiries for all wellness programs
• Communicate program needs, recommendations, and issues to the Program Manager
• Help with necessary website testing when site or course updates are made
• Support Program Manager with policy updates as needed
• Create and share monthly revenue reports
• Keep all program manuals and FAQs up to date

This role supports Open Path's mission to provide affordable mental health education, helping students access wellness courses that can improve their mental health and wellbeing.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Available to work Monday-Friday, 1pm-5pm Eastern Time
• Must have a laptop for this position
• Cannot already be working a full-time job you plan to keep
• Ideal for people with another part-time job, recent grads, students, or people looking to slowly enter the work world

Compensation: $25/hour plus 39 paid days off per year. This is a part-time position with 20 hours of work per week.
