PART-TIME PROGRAM ASSISTANT Open Path Psychotherapy Collective is seeking a part-time Program Assistant to support our team in reviewing and processing therapist and client membership applications, as well as assisting with other administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, works well independently, and is motivated to support therapists as they become members of Open Path. This position is 20 hours per week, beginning on or around March 9, 2026. Organizational Background Open Path provides people in need with access to transformative, affordable mental health care. We envision a just and compassionate world where all people can easily access the care they need to thrive. In partnership with licensed mental health clinicians across the United States and Canada, Open Path connects middle- and lower-income clients with affordable psychotherapy. Since our founding in 2013, Open Path has connected over 160,000 clients to affordable care. In addition, more than 75,000 students have enrolled in one of our affordable online wellness courses. Candidates Must: Communicate clearly and confidently in writing, demonstrating proper grammar and spelling in English Possess strong organizational skills Work efficiently while maintaining close attention to detail Feel confident working remotely and staying on task Work independently while integrating feedback and new information Handle confidential information appropriately and responsibly Hours and Location This is a part-time position. The selected candidate will work Monday through Friday, 11:00 am–3:00 pm Eastern. Open Path is headquartered in Asheville, North Carolina. Candidates may reside anywhere in the United States, provided they can reliably work the required hours. The Program Assistant must use their own laptop for this role.
