Mission
What you will drive
- Support nonprofit operations, finance, and logistics in partnership with other team members
- Provide support for finance and administrative operations, including vendor payments, tracking receipts, invoices, and receivables reports in Quickbooks
- Support logistics for regional and statewide convenings organized by the CLT Network, including advocacy events and annual members' meetings
- Assist with communications tasks such as website updates, social media, and Mailchimp newsletter review

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an operations role at an affordable housing or similar organization
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong attention to detail, reliable follow-through, and experience maintaining strong internal systems
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal direct supervision
- Based in California and not concurrently employed elsewhere for more than 20hrs/week
