Part-time Operations Coordinator

• Support nonprofit operations, finance, and logistics in partnership with other team members
• Provide support for finance and administrative operations, including vendor payments, tracking receipts, invoices, and receivables reports in Quickbooks
• Support logistics for regional and statewide convenings organized by the CLT Network, including advocacy events and annual members' meetings
• Assist with communications tasks such as website updates, social media, and Mailchimp newsletter review

This role supports permanently affordable and community-controlled land and housing in California, creating an alternative to speculative investment and displacement while advancing housing justice for marginalized communities across the state.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an operations role at an affordable housing or similar organization
• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong attention to detail, reliable follow-through, and experience maintaining strong internal systems
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal direct supervision
• Based in California and not concurrently employed elsewhere for more than 20hrs/week

Pay: $33.65 per hour for 20 hours per week. Benefits include 401(k), 401(k) matching, and flexible schedule.
