Mission

What you will drive

  • Support nonprofit operations, finance, and logistics in partnership with other team members
  • Provide support for finance and administrative operations, including vendor payments, tracking receipts, invoices, and receivables reports in Quickbooks
  • Support logistics for regional and statewide convenings organized by the CLT Network, including advocacy events and annual members' meetings
  • Assist with communications tasks such as website updates, social media, and Mailchimp newsletter review

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an operations role at an affordable housing or similar organization
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong attention to detail, reliable follow-through, and experience maintaining strong internal systems
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal direct supervision
  • Based in California and not concurrently employed elsewhere for more than 20hrs/week
