Part-time Operations Associate

• Manage and resolve customer enrollment applications using Uplight's databases and querying tools.
• Maintain data quality and support ongoing program initiatives through accurate data entry and research.
• Collaborate with the Product Operations team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer programs.

This role supports the accurate and efficient delivery of clean energy programs, helping utilities accelerate carbon reduction goals and contributing to a more sustainable future.

• Attention to detail and focus on quality, especially in data transcription.
• Ability to research and transcribe data accurately and efficiently.
• Self-starter with minimal guidance, accountable for meeting quotas and deadlines.
• Excitement to learn querying tools and problem-solving skills.
