What you will drive
The Center for Therapeutic Riding of the East End (CTREE) is seeking a part-time Executive Director to lead our organization. The Executive Director will provide management leadership and financial resources to work towards the fulfillment of CTREEโs mission, vision and strategic plan. The position will be part-time salaried, averaging around 20-25 hours per week. The candidate will report to the Board of Directors (BOD) and interact with all staff, BOD, Riders, Families, Volunteers and Donors. Primary duties of the Executive Director are to, Conduct and supervise all CTREE outreach to the community and industry furthering the CTREE mission, while serving as the CTREE spokesperson BOD development and maintenance Oversee and coordinate fundraising efforts to achieve specific established targets Oversee all finances โ budget, accounts payable, receivable and reports Develop and maintain relationships with donors and organizations Develop, implement and lead organization in accordance to the Strategic Plan Maintain PATH Intโl. Premier Accreditation administrative standards Preferably the candidate will have experience in management, leadership and Equine Assisted Services (EAS) or another non-profit industry. Additionally we seek a candidate with proven non-profit management and leadership skills, East End development and fundraising experience and experience with grant writing. The ideal candidate will be a proactive visionary thinker, an organized problem solver someone with excellent written and oral communication skills and someone who will respect and uphold the values and culture of CTREE.
