Part-time Contractor: Proposal Coordinator

• Lead the proposal process from writing to submission, including drafting proposals, scoping projects, and maintaining the new business submission tracker.
• Ensure every proposal matches RFP requirements and aligns with client needs through research and collaboration.
• Write complete first drafts of proposals using internal AI tools, call notes, and RFP requirements, and lay out clean, easy-to-scan documents.

This role helps Forthright Advising win new business, enabling the organization to support more clients and ultimately make the world a better place for kids.

• At least three years of experience drafting winning new business proposals and leading successful new business processes.
• Impeccable writing and copy editing abilities, with experience maintaining brand integrity.
• Proven ability to dissect complex RFPs and ensure 100% compliance.
• Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Gemini) and plug-and-play design tools (e.g., Canva, Google Slides).

Compensation: $25-$35 per hour, totaling no more than 30 hours per month. Fully remote position within the US. Work-life balance emphasized; small, supportive team culture.
