Mission

What you will drive

  • Draft and send monthly newsletters using Mailchimp, collaborating with team members to collect content.
  • Develop social media posts using Canva and manage presence on LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Coordinate event logistics including meals, hotel blocks, supporting documents, and vendor payments.
  • Support administrative tasks such as calendar management, correspondence, and research for organizational efficiency.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Two years of experience in an office environment in an administrative or coordination role.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, MailChimp.
  • Demonstrated experience with event logistics.
  • Strong organizational skills, self-starter, and ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
