Mission
What you will drive
- Draft and send monthly newsletters using Mailchimp, collaborating with team members to collect content.
- Develop social media posts using Canva and manage presence on LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Coordinate event logistics including meals, hotel blocks, supporting documents, and vendor payments.
- Support administrative tasks such as calendar management, correspondence, and research for organizational efficiency.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Two years of experience in an office environment in an administrative or coordination role.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, MailChimp.
- Demonstrated experience with event logistics.
- Strong organizational skills, self-starter, and ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
