Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Become a trusted partner by supporting and collaborating with various internal groups and departments to accomplish Xcimer's near and long-term milestones and objectives.
- Coordinate the flow of information among members of the legal department and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide support across continuously varying company projects and legal matters, ensuring deliverables are on time and consistently of high quality.
- Assist with review, drafting, and negotiation of various agreements and corporate documents.

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Associate degree in paralegal studies or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience working in a law firm and/or a corporate legal department.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, SharePoint and Power Point, as well as Zoom, Slack, and Box applications.
