PaintCare Data Support Specialist

• Maintain and update master data records for customer accounts and related setups with precision and timeliness.
• Review incoming requests, resolve inconsistencies, and support manufacturer registration, reporting, and remittance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues and improve data workflows.

This role ensures efficient management of paint recycling data, directly supporting PaintCare's mission to reduce paint waste and promote environmental sustainability.

• 1–3 years of experience in data entry or account maintenance with high accuracy.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently with limited oversight and troubleshoot data problems.

Full-time position with salary range $60,000 – $75,000 annually. Benefits include 401(k), vacation days, medical, dental, life insurance, and travel reimbursement.
