What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Google Ads (Search Ads, Google Shopping, PMAX, dynamic remarketing) for multiple international markets, crafting innovative strategies and executing day-to-day operations to elevate online presence and support sales
  • Own GTM containers (tags, triggers, variables, environments, versioning, QA) and configure/maintain GA4 (events, conversions, custom dimensions/metrics, audiences) for all digital marketing channels
  • Plan and execute local campaigns aligned with market business goals, adapting strategies to reflect local cultures, languages, and nuances
  • Ensure accurate tracking, data quality, and reporting across all campaigns and channels, troubleshooting issues and creating roadmaps for analytics improvements

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and experience:

  • 8+ years of experience running paid search campaigns, ideally in multiple markets
  • Proven understanding and success managing paid search campaigns as part of a wider brand strategy
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital advertising metrics and experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Ability to manage time/priorities aligned with business goals and clearly communicate performance/strategy to stakeholders
