Outreach Manager

• Identify potential energy efficiency projects and recruit program participants.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to identify new leads and follow-up on existing projects.
• Manage, maintain, and prospect a territory and/or market sector.
• Assist program participants in developing and implementing individualized plans for continued program participation.

This role accelerates climate solutions by empowering market actors to participate in energy efficiency programs, advancing clean energy and equity for all.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of work-related experience in outreach, sales, account management, building partnerships.
• Excellent project management skills (CRM tool experience such as Salesforce experience is a plus but not a requirement).
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

• Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000
• Fully remote position with ability to work from home or another suitable location with reliable internet access
• Flexible schedules, meetings generally occurring 9–4 in Central Time zone
