Outreach & Events Coordinator - Hybrid|Bilingual Spanish/English

• Lead community outreach and event strategy to expand participation in reuse and increase conservation impact through new communication channels and events
• Build partnerships with contractors, tradespeople, labor groups, businesses, and community groups to increase waste diversion, donations, and program participation
• Drive onsite conservation impact by hosting bilingual onsite events that share program benefits with the community
• Provide Spanish translation of marketing materials and website content to be clear, culturally relevant, and inviting for Spanish-speaking community members

This role creates positive change by extending conservation benefits to all community members, especially Latino families, veterans, seniors, women, and low-income families, while diverting millions of pounds of building materials from landfills each year.

• Completely fluent in Spanish and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both
• At least 2 years of experience leading community outreach or mission-driven programs
• Proven ability to coordinate projects, budgets, deliver results, and track progress toward program goals
• Experience building partnerships with municipalities or community organizations to support program impact
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to off-site events and meetings
