Outbound Sales Consultant

Core responsibilities:

• Complete daily phone and in-person consultations to guide homeowners through the solar installation journey
• Prepare and share quotes, contracts, and loan applications while addressing customer questions and concerns
• Generate referral business and build a network to increase sales volume and spread clean energy throughout the city
• Provide after-sales service including courtesy calls and site visits, and attend company meetings and events

This role helps spread clean energy throughout New York City by making solar energy accessible and practical for urban homeowners, contributing to a cleaner and more sustainable future.

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of solar sales experience with technical sales and B2C environment background
• Valid NYS driver's license with clean driving record and ability to travel around the city
• Excellent interpersonal skills, friendly disposition, and ability to explain technical information clearly
• Strong computer skills, marketing/consumer psychology experience, and ability to work independently

Compensation and perks:

• Pay: $50,000-$60,000 per year base salary with On Target Earnings of $80,000-$120,000+ annually including commission
