Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Coordinate coalition activities including scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, and compiling monthly reports
  • Maintain coalition website and social media presence by generating content and managing communications
  • Build relationships with constituents and conduct outreach to raise awareness and recruit new members
  • Provide policy analysis and create resources to help policymakers understand the importance of dedicated funding for natural resources

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years working for community-based agencies or organizations
  • Knowledge of outdoor, trail, or park advocacy and/or land conservation
  • Exceptional organizational skills and aptitude with websites and social media
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with ability to meet deadlines

Compensation: $50 per hour (contract position, no staff benefits)

This is a one-year position starting in April 2026 with potential for extension
