Core responsibilities:

• Identify deal opportunities with focus on mid and long term Renewable Energy Solutions, PPAs, Corporate PPAs, Hydrogen offtake
• Structure and negotiate long-term PPAs for individual projects or project portfolios from European pipeline
• Lead the deal process from beginning to end, including liaison with internal stakeholders and negotiations
• Nurture relationships with existing counterparties and leverage network to develop new business
• Grow renewables business and execute asset strategy for Onshore Wind, Offshore Wind and Solar projects
• Report and present negotiation outcomes to internal committees

This role contributes to shaping the future of energy by growing renewable energy business and executing asset strategy for wind and solar projects, helping transition to cleaner energy sources.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience in originating new business in renewable energy markets
• Strong network of developers, IPPs, utilities, and corporates
• Ability to structure and negotiate long-term PPAs
• Experience leading deal processes from beginning to end
• Knowledge of renewable energy solutions including wind and solar projects
