What you will drive
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in Eastern power markets
- Identify, negotiate, and structure complex transactions that meet customer needs and align with company objectives
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and risks within PJM for power generators
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful transaction execution

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in energy markets with focus on transaction origination and structuring
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of Eastern power markets and excellent analytical abilities
