Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in change management or organizational development roles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate change strategies and adapt messaging for diverse audiences
- Knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and tools, with certification as a plus
