Organizational Change Manager (Remote)

• Design and deliver impactful change strategies that drive internal adoption and enhance customer experience
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to align change initiatives with business objectives and customer success goals
• Assess organizational readiness, identify risks and barriers, and turn challenges into opportunities for engagement
• Coach and empower leaders and managers to champion change behaviors that positively impact customer relationships

This role drives transformation initiatives that redefine how the Customer Success organization operates and thrives, empowering customers to embrace innovation with confidence and creating lasting impact through seamless adoption of new technologies and processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in change management or organizational development roles
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate change strategies and adapt messaging for diverse audiences
• Knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and tools, with certification as a plus
