Operations & Technology Lead

Core responsibilities:

• Lead firm-wide operations and client experience by building workflows, improving systems, and supporting day-to-day firm operations
• Implement firm-wide process development, oversee core HR administration, and strengthen client experience through practical systems
• Coordinate across Leadership, Client Service & Operations, and Advisory Teams to ensure efficient workflows and information flow
• Manage technology tools, evaluate new systems, and support compliance, cybersecurity, and business continuity processes

This role creates positive change by improving operational efficiency and client experience within a financial advisory firm, enabling better service delivery and supporting the firm's growth through effective systems and processes.

Required skills and experience:

• 4+ years of experience in an operations lead role combining strategic priorities with hands-on execution of systems, technology, workflows, and data
• Strong project management skills applied in operations context, managing multiple priorities across teams in fast-paced environments
• Tech-forward operator comfortable working with automation and data tools (e.g., Airtable, Zapier) and collaborating with vendors
• Working understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards (RIA/SEC preferred), with experience in financial advisory practice or professional services firm being a plus
