Mission
What you will drive
- Lead upstream planning and coordination for major operational campaigns, capital improvements, and fleet-wide projects across solar, wind, battery storage, and gas assets.
- Manage warranty operations and commercial recovery by coordinating OEM campaigns, technical documentation, and cost tracking.
- Develop and maintain critical-path project schedules, execution packages, and project controls to ensure operational readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering, Asset Management, IOC) to drive safe, efficient, and commercially successful outcomes.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
- 3–6+ years of experience in technical project management, project controls, or operations planning within utility-scale energy, power generation, or heavy industrial environments.
- Experience developing critical-path schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar scheduling software.
- Strong understanding of project controls, contractual frameworks (OEM warranties, EPC agreements), and utility-scale technologies (solar, BESS, wind, gas).
