Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead operational performance and reporting for utility-scale solar and BESS assets, including KPI development, data quality, and dashboard administration.
  • Optimize fleet performance by monitoring SCADA data, analyzing system performance, and leading root cause investigations.
  • Support ERCOT market operations including resource registration, telemetry compliance, and ancillary service qualification.
  • Drive battery energy storage performance and strengthen operational systems through scalable reporting tools and data pipelines.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
  • 5–10 years of experience supporting utility-scale solar, battery energy storage, power generation, or grid operations.
  • Strong knowledge of ERCOT market operations, telemetry, ancillary services, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with SCADA, EMS, historian platforms, and asset performance management platforms (e.g., Power Factors).
