Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, enhance efficiency, and manage outreach to ensure comprehensive food-rescue coverage and stakeholder support
  • Monitor and manage KPIs across branch operations, proactively own all aspects of food rescue operations, and ensure minimum 98+% coverage of pickups
  • Implement changes to food donation schedules, optimize food rescue routes, manage the website calendar, and improve operational efficiency through automation tools
  • Manage RLC's Cart Program and related equipment, conduct regular check-ins with partners, and assume organization-wide Food Donor Engagement responsibility

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree & 2+ years of relevant full-time experience
  • Technologically proficient with experience utilizing and maintaining a CRM platform (preferably Salesforce) for account management, reporting, workflow automation, and case management
  • Adaptable and skilled at learning new software and leveraging automation tools
  • Excellent customer service skills with effective written and verbal communication, strong organizational and analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
