Operations Manager

• Establish systems and processes across finance, recruitment, and administration to enable organizational growth.
• Design foundational systems with the executive team and support their effective adoption.
• Manage financial operations including tools adoption, budget monitoring, and fundraising forecasting.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes and implement administrative tools to improve efficiency.

This role enables the Lead-Acid Battery Recycling Initiative to scale its operations efficiently, directly supporting the reduction of environmental pollution and health hazards from improper battery disposal.

• Experience in operations management, finance, or administration.
• Strong project management and process improvement skills.
• Ability to design and implement systems across multiple functions.
