Operations Manager, Finance and Compliance

• In this role, you'll build and own the complete financial and compliance infrastructure for the organization.
• Manage bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounting firm relationships to maintain reliable monthly accounts.
• Establish and maintain compliance calendars across jurisdictions while coordinating regulatory filings and audits.
• Research and strengthen grant and investment compliance frameworks to identify and prevent risks early.
• Oversee corporate administration including entity registrations, financial infrastructure, and internal policy development.
