Mission
What you will drive
- Plan, allocate, and supervise scaffolding work crews.
- Inspect scaffolding materials and structures before, during, and after erection.
- Always ensure scaffolding stability and safety.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety plans.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, incidents, and maintenance.
- Train new staff on scaffolding safety protocols and techniques.
- Coordinate with project managers and other supervisors to align scaffolding activities with project timelines.
- Manage scaffolding inventory and order materials as needed.
- Resolve on-site scaffolding issues promptly.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in construction management is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as CISRS Advanced Scaffolding / SMSTS Manager Training or OSHA Construction Safety.
- Several years of experience in scaffolding, including supervisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and local regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
