Operations Manager / Associate

• In this role, you'll build and manage the operational systems that enable Encode AI's policy work to succeed.
• Manage finance and administration including vendor payments, budget tracking, and financial reporting.
• Run payroll, administer benefits, support hiring processes, and build HR systems as the organization grows.
• Build and maintain internal systems while managing day-to-day operations, vendors, and office logistics.
• Support nonprofit compliance across multiple entities and take on ad hoc operational and growth projects.
