What you will drive
- In this role, you'll establish operational foundations across finance, compliance, HR and team cooperation to support TMM's growth.
- Assess and implement new or improved processes for operations, finances, compliance, HR, legal and risk management.
- Coordinate routine administrative, logistical and financial tasks and manage part-time administrative support.
- Guide hiring processes, oversee onboarding and performance feedback cycles.
- Oversee financial planning, sustainability and compliance with the Executive Director.
