Operations & Finance Director

Core responsibilities:

• Ensure operational excellence as the organization grows from startup to established entity, building systems and processes for sustainable growth
• Lead cross-functional initiatives aligned with organizational strategy in partnership with DPN leadership team
• Oversee implementation of data security and data management processes
• Maintain schedule of operational milestones including grant reporting, insurance renewals, government reporting, regulatory compliance, tax filings, and annual audits

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years operational leadership experience (Operations Director or similar role)

• Expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, and grant management
• Experience managing teams around complex and shifting operations dynamics
• Familiarity with the landscape of pro-democracy organizations and leaders
• Ability to adapt and implement processes for continuous improvement
