Mission
What you will drive
- Maintain a safe and compliant plant operation, fostering a safety culture without compromises.
- Analyze Orca & Mammoth plant data to gain knowledge at the forefront and to design, execute, and validate improvement projects.
- Conduct investigations to identify root causes of Orca & Mammoth plant process and performance issues and implement solutions.
- Report daily on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Orca & Mammoth plant systems, including OEE, energy efficiency, and operating cost.
- Maintain required processes, tools, and models that support successful Orca & Mammoth plant operations.
- Support the plant operations team on a day-to-day basis with process knowledge to improve plant performance and safety.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- B.Sc. degree or equivalent in process or chemical engineering and at least 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent practical knowledge in plant operation and maintenance within the process engineering industry.
- Solid understanding of process engineering design, operation, and maintenance, including experience in scale-up and first-of-its-kind environments, with a willingness to deepen expertise. Experience in developing and maintaining process simulations and designing and deploying engineering improvements to processes and running plants.
- Proactive problem solver applying first principles and root cause analysis techniques. Data-driven, able to process large datasets to extract meaningful insights, and experienced in developing and reporting KPIs.
- Share knowledge openly, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively across departments to build strong internal networks.
- Business fluent in English and willing to travel up to 40%.
