Operations Engineer (all genders)

Core responsibilities:

• Deploy software updates, patches, and fixes to customer environments in cloud, on-prem, and OT setups
• Operate and maintain customer systems, ensuring stable and secure day-to-day operation
• Contribute to 24/7 operation by participating in standby/on-call rotations, ensuring fast reaction times in case of incidents
• Support customers during rollouts, upgrades, and operational incidents, including outside regular business hours when required

This role contributes to the energy transition by ensuring reliable operation of software solutions that support intelligent grid platforms, helping to modernize and optimize energy infrastructure for a sustainable future.

Required skills and experience:

• Hands-on experience operating and deploying software in complex IT environments
• Familiarity with cloud, on-prem, and ideally OT or industrial IT landscapes
• Good understanding of Linux-based systems, Kubernetes, networking, and basic security concepts
• Fluent in German and English
