Operations Director

• Lead operations, programs, fundraising, and strategic partnerships for the Foundation.
• Oversee four core programs: Classroom STEM Kits, Small Grants Program, Rapid Response Program, and University Partnerships.
• Manage grant review, fundraising, communications, and advocacy efforts.

This role directly expands access to clean indoor air for underserved communities, improving health outcomes and promoting equity through education and distribution of air purifiers.

• Ability to oversee program execution, budgeting, and operations.
• Experience writing grant proposals and fundraising pitches.
• Strong communication, marketing, and partnership-building skills.
• Passion for public health, clean air initiatives, and equity in education.
