Operations Director

• Lead comprehensive operations for all member-facing events, including planning and post-event follow-up.
• Serve as project manager for member activities, defining deliverables and managing timelines across staff.
• Oversee internal BC3 operations including supervision of support staff, management of software platforms, and maintenance of Salesforce database.
• Manage fiscal sponsor relationships for staff hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

This role enables BC3 to effectively support corporate sustainability leaders in addressing critical climate issues, thereby accelerating climate action across sectors.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive operations management experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience managing support staff.
• Strong experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and proven project management ability.
