Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage core administrative, financial, and development systems to ensure smooth organizational functioning.
  • Own operational processes including calendar management, file systems, task tracking, and workflow documentation.
  • Coordinate financial workflows, vendor management, grant pipeline, and donor tracking systems.
  • Support virtual event logistics and contractor coordination.

This role enables Wildlife for All’s leadership to focus on strategy, relationships, and campaign impact by owning internal systems and fundraising infrastructure, thereby supporting the organization's mission to protect wildlife and habitats.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3–7+ years of experience in nonprofit operations, development support, or coordination roles.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting fundraising operations (grants, donor tracking, CRM systems).
  • Familiarity with financial coordination (invoices, budgets, vendor management) and proficiency with Google Workspace, Monday.com, Action Network, GiveButter, and project management systems.

Compensation: $2,300/month retainer (base scope) with additional hourly compensation at $35/hour for pre-approved work beyond scope. Estimated time commitment: 60–80 hours/month. Initial 3-month contract with potential extension. Remote work.
