Mission
What you will drive
- Manage core administrative, financial, and development systems to ensure smooth organizational functioning.
- Own operational processes including calendar management, file systems, task tracking, and workflow documentation.
- Coordinate financial workflows, vendor management, grant pipeline, and donor tracking systems.
- Support virtual event logistics and contractor coordination.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3–7+ years of experience in nonprofit operations, development support, or coordination roles.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Experience supporting fundraising operations (grants, donor tracking, CRM systems).
- Familiarity with financial coordination (invoices, budgets, vendor management) and proficiency with Google Workspace, Monday.com, Action Network, GiveButter, and project management systems.

Compensation: $2,300/month retainer (base scope) with additional hourly compensation at $35/hour for pre-approved work beyond scope. Estimated time commitment: 60–80 hours/month. Initial 3-month contract with potential extension. Remote work.
