What you will drive
The Operations Coordinator at Cause Strategy Partners provides the high-level administrative infrastructure and operational support necessary to scale our board placement and training programs. This is a role for a professional who thrives on precision, organizational systems, and service-minded execution. The Operations Coordinator will act as the "connective tissue" for the leadership team, ensuring that complex scheduling, procurement workflows, and internal documentation are managed with total accuracy. This role is responsible for: Administrative Infrastructure & Executive Support (60%) Corporate Vendor Onboarding and Procurement Maintain business certifications, registrations, and compliance documentation Lead the registration process on corporate procurement platforms to ensure Cause Strategy Partners is an approved vendor Proactively manage the submission of essential legal and compliance documentation (W-9s, COIs, and MSAs) to meet client risk standards and ensure seamless, timely payment processing Maintain a centralized database of active contracts and procurement deadlines to prevent service lapses and support quarterly budget forecasting Financial Administration Facilitate the end- to- end payment cycle of vendors by acting as the primary liaison between external vendors and the Finance team to track invoice status and resolve discrepancies in the timely manner Coordinate timely processing of invoices and payments, including payment receipt and acknowledgement letters Strategic Scheduling & Logistics Execute complex calendar management for the CEO and Chief Strategy & Growth Officer Manage logistics for high- value stakeholder meetings across locations and time zones Executive Correspondence and Communications In specific instances under the direction of the CEO or Chief Strategy & Growth Officer, draft and distribute professional resources, internal communications, and external letters that reflex the high- touch, relationship- driven nature of Cause Strategy Partners’ brand Draft social media posts Conduct research, as necessary, to support these communications Operational Systems & Culture (40%) Event & retreat management Lead the planning and execution of in- person team convenings and retreats, managing everything from venue sourcing and vendor contracts to agenda coordination and travel logistics As appropriate, lead a committee of team members in the planning of such events HR & Compliance coordination Support the CEO in managing external HR vendor relationships to ensure the organization stays current on employment law, risk, and compliance best practices Support leadership in ensuring the success of our remote work environment Internal Operations & Culture Drive daily operational efforts, including managing team- wide recognition systems, and coordinating internal learning and development sessions Process team reimbursement requests and act as the primary point of contact for internal inquiries regarding organizational resources and day-to-day administrative protocols As the role evolves, monitor existing operational workflows for friction points and recommend systematic improvements to enhance team efficiency Other operations or administrative duties, as assigned DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS The Operations Coordinator selected to fill this position will report into the Chief Strategy & Growth Officer. The individual selected to fill this important position will be expected to perform their work in accord with the values of Cause Strategy Partners . They must be adept at a number of core competencies, including: Strong verbal and written communicator: The Operations Coordinator should be an effective, clear, and professional communicator, with an ability to leave positive impressions with internal and external stakeholders. Detail & deadline oriented: Ability to manage workflow effectively, and to track and keep tight deadlines for themselves and the senior leaders with whom they work most closely. Digitally fluent & resourceful: The Operations Coordinator will leverage diverse technologies and platforms to streamline internal workflows and ensure organizational compliance and timely project completion. They will maintain a resourceful, collaborative openness to learning and adopting new tools alongside the team. Highly efficient & organized self-starter: The Operations Coordinator will be expected to take responsibility for tasks and work both independently and collaboratively across the team. They will demonstrate the ability to manage workflow independently, effectively, and with excellence. Please note the following expectations for this role: Part-time employment opportunity, with an expectation of working approximately 25 hours per week. Work will be performed virtually, with occasional travel requirements. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for using their own computer, phone, and other necessary technology. Google Voice services can be provided. The target start date for this role is late- May/June 2026.
