Organization: Kislinger Impact Collective Location: Remote Start Date: ASAP Reports to: Nick Kislinger About Us Kislinger Impact Collective partners with family offices and private foundations to design, manage, and steward philanthropic strategies that are thoughtful, discreet, and deeply engaged. The Role We're hiring a full-time Operations Coordinator to manage communications, maintain systems, coordinate logistics, and support our digital presence. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role for someone who thrives independently and takes pride in keeping complex operations running seamlessly. Responsibilities: Administrative & Communications Check email, flag what's urgent, and route messages to the right people on Slack Manage calendars and scheduling across time zones Set up AI tools for meeting notes; prep agendas and track follow-ups Run weekly team meetings — prep, notes, action items, and end-of-week recaps Keep our contact database up to date in Airtable Keep our project tracker up to date in Airtable Keep Google Drive organized and easy to navigate Post to social media 1–2 times a month Make small updates to the website as needed Clean up emails, memos, and other written materials before they go out Manage LinkedIn — posting, scheduling, light engagement Create simple graphics in Canva Be the point person for outside consultants and vendors Qualifications 3–5 years in operations, executive support, or foundation administration Proficiency with project management and database tools (Airtable, Asana, or similar) Experience with collaboration platforms (Slack, Google Workspace) Strong scheduling skills across multiple stakeholders and time zones Excellent written and verbal communication Social media proficiency, especially on LinkedIn and Instagram Comfort with website CMS and basic updates Canva or similar design tools Compensation & Benefits Full-time, exempt. Salary: $65,000–$78,000/year, depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance; retirement plan; paid time off; and paid holidays. Salaries are reviewed periodically for market conditions and internal equity. Work Schedule Some flexibility in hours; occasional travel for meetings and events.
