What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support including reserving offices and meeting rooms, booking travel and lodging for visitors, preparing desks and offices for new members, and updating headcount estimates
  • Offer customer support by welcoming visitors, registering them in systems, giving orientation tours, managing inbound support requests, and escalating tickets as needed
  • Handle site support by troubleshooting and fixing office issues, ordering food, drinks, and office supplies, and updating signage
  • Support events by staffing workshops and happy hours, assisting with setup and takedown, and identifying and responding to issues

  • Preferred experience with customer support, physical workspace maintenance, event planning, Slack, Asana, and CRM tools
