• Ensure LEEP's people processes run smoothly, supporting colleagues working to eliminate childhood lead poisoning globally.
• Maintain employee records, prepare payroll changes, and support compliance work across a global remote team.
• Lead onboarding and offboarding logistics, serving as the first point of contact for new joiners and departures.
• Support culture initiatives, wellbeing programs, and coordinate team gatherings and learning opportunities.
