Operations Associate

• Hire, train, and provide feedback to Mechanics and Fleet Support positions responsible for maintaining the shared fleet.
• Partner cross-functionally on operations projects to identify expansion opportunities within the region.
• Define and monitor KPIs measuring profitability, revenue, and operational performance of the market(s).
• Design, document, and implement scalable processes across logistics, maintenance, and deployment to drive operational excellence.

This role helps build a future where transportation is shared, affordable, and carbon-free by ensuring efficient operations of electric bikes and scooters, reducing reliance on cars and lowering carbon emissions.

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• 1–3 years of professional experience with ability to think beyond daily tasks toward long-term growth.
• Experience leading teams or groups, motivating others and holding teams accountable.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or Tableau skills are a plus.
